Powderfinger has confirmed two Cairns concerts at Cazalys Stadium on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 September 2027, placing the city on the reunited band's national tour.
The band lists 18 shows across six Australian cities between September and October next year. Cairns is the only Far North Queensland stop on the published itinerary.
According to Powderfinger's official tour announcement, Cairns artist and Telstra presales begin at 11 am AEST on Wednesday 14 October 2026. The Live Nation presale begins at noon AEST on Friday 16 October, and general tickets go on sale at 11 am AEST on Monday 19 October, subject to availability.
